Universal sectional lifting beam
A universal sectional lifting beam for lifting an emergency aircraft is designed for lifting operations. USGB is the most inexpensive means of recovery. Due to the sectional design, it can be used with any type of aircraft, regardless of the width of the fuselage. To simplify loading under the fuselage, traverses with sling attachments are supplied with the beam. Storage and transportation is carried out in a technological trailer.
The beam is assembled using S355J2G3 seamless pipe with a wall thickness of 53 mm. This steel grade was not chosen by chance, since only it provides strength characteristics and the necessary margin. An indisputable advantage is the resistance of this steel grade to oxidation and corrosion. Geometric precision of joining is achieved by cutting the pipe into sectional dimensions. This procedure is carried out on a Yarmaksan CNC flying machine.
Welding of the structure of the lugs for attaching slings or traverses is carried out by BOSCH semiautomatic devices strictly in an argon environment. The quality of the welds is achieved through the use of ABICOR BINZEL aerosols. In the manufacture of sheet 09G2S and circle 10HSND are used.
Auxiliary traverse for attaching slings is made of steel 09G2S with a thickness of 30 mm. Welded seams of the traverse and the lifting beam itself are subjected to ultrasonic testing during production in accordance with GOST 10922-2012. Eight sling anchorages provide the most efficient load distribution when loading an emergency aircraft under the fuselage.
