Evacuation transporter

The evacuation transporter is designed to transport emergency aircraft that lost their ability to move. The importance and responsibility of this procedure has forced us to review all of our experience in the trailer industry. Easy and reliable operation is ensured by the trawl-type frame design. The thirty percent safety margin and reliability of the airless wheels ensures safe transport of the emergency aircraft in all conditions. The use of refractory steel grades makes it possible to store this transporter openly in all climatic conditions on Earth.


I-beam and square steel pipe 20 and 40LP/LT are used to assemble the frame. The sub-frame is reinforced with additional 09G2S corners to ensure reliability of the joints. The construction is welded by BOSCH semiautomatic machines strictly in an argon environment. The quality of welds is achieved by using ABICOR BINZEL sprays.





The evacuation transporter should ensure that the emergency aircraft can be loaded safely. For this purpose, the transporter set is equipped with two types of pallets: under the glider part and under the fuselage. Each of them has its own honeycomb-shaped frame, welded in a double-sided interrupted pitch, which allows for optimum distribution of the load. The tie-down is ensured by technological loops located around the perimeter of the pallets. The manufacturer uses 09G2S sheet and 20LP/LT square tube.


Seven years ago, when designing and manufacturing the first evacuation transporter ET-40, our company had a challenging task to solve the problem of the wheels used. Pneumatics did not suit us because of low lifting capacity at required diameter, and foreign suppliers did not satisfy us by price and delivery terms. Therefore, we developed and mastered the production of airless bandage wheels with a capacity of 10 tons. The wheel disc is made of S500 steel with a blank diameter of 630 mm. Banding is performed by injection molding.
