Evacuation pavement

Location, climate zone, type of soil make any airport unique. Of course, the critical factor for the company "RUSSTT", as a manufacturer and supplier of evacuation equipment, is the certification of an airport by the types of aircraft. Due to the fact that a curb weight of narrow-body aircrafts is not more than 60,000 kg, many airline hubs adopt wide-body types. In the case of rolling out of the so-called "Jumbo Jets", we need equipment with a greater load capacity, size and safety margin. Thanks to our partners, we present a special version of the evacuation pavement of the EP-GALO-ARM and EP-GALO-ARM-PLUS series. These types of coating are reliable and provide high load capacity when laying the ground work and evacuation of an emergency aircraft.

Evacuation pavement is made by pressing high-molecular weight polyethylene. Lightness and strength are achieved through the use of cruciform ribs in the structure. Another advantage is that the coating is nonconducting

Thanks to the locking connections on the overlapping flanges, a secure and quick fixing is achieved when assembling the temporary evacuation site or road.

The perforated surface ensures reliable, non-slip movement regardless of the time of year, weather conditions or ambient temperature. Due to the use of high-molecular polymer and the particular qualities of the internal structure, the evacuation pavement can be installed without reference to topography or surface specifics (soil, sand, swamp). At present, the evacuation pavements of our manufacture are the only ones in the world with positive buoyancy at such a high load capacity. If the airport is located in an area of driven soils, swampy terrain and clay soils, rolling out creates additional problems. The construction by "RUSSTT" solves this problem regardless of the type of soil and climatic conditions.
