Catering car lift
The autolift is designed to transport baggage, cargo and mail between the terminal and the aircraft during loading and unloading. Every year airlines and airports revise the requirements for the standards of transportation and service of passengers and baggage. The main task of the measures taken is to improve the quality of services provided to customers. An ordinary passenger sees luggage during its check-in and receipt, occasionally from the porthole window during its reloading on board the aircraft. The ROSSTT company has developed several modifications of autolifts on the chassis of trucks for transporting baggage. When developing the lift, we took into account the experience of European manufacturers in terms of quality and practicality, and thanks to technical cooperation with VVSS Pulkovo Airport, design changes were made to increase the service life of the equipment and facilitate their operation.
An autolift with a full-fledged cabin on a truck chassis provides safe and comfortable loading of catering on board an aircraft with a hatch height of 2.3 to 4.8 m.
To increase corrosion resistance in case of temperature changes in difficult climatic conditions, the van frame is made of thermal insulating panels that provide protection against atmospheric precipitation. Anti-slip flooring provides additional safety, and the presence of windows with retractable vents on the side increases the comfort of the staff.
The van is equipped with folding shelves along the sides for transporting items of removable household equipment and cargo. Steel fasteners for fixing catering trolleys on the sides inside the van provide the ability to attach the trolleys with special tie-down straps
