The basic version of the pneumatic fabric hoist is made of Russian-made rubber fabric. Optionally, it is possible to use fabrics: PVC (Holland Glurix), Kevlar-containing rubberized fabrics using a PES / PA textile base and NR / CR / CRM / NBR / FKM / TPU elastomers. When choosing a material, it is necessary to take into account the advantages and disadvantages of rubber fabrics and pvc: temperature conditions, service life and storage conditions. According to the requirements of GOST, in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, there is no material with a service life of more than 10 years.

Thanks to the "high-cord" construction up to 750 mm, our products do not require forced alignment during installation, unlike competitors. This is ensured by the fact that the contacting surfaces of the APTP are provided with a perforated surface. Plus, thanks to their own area, APTP cylinders independently "adjust" to the design features of the surface. In practice, this is important, since specialists are limited in time.

In the manufacture of cylinders of an emergency pneumatic tissue lift, the most specific lightweight materials are used. This is done to simplify the work of the Aviation Engineering Service employees. When preparing an emergency aircraft for evacuation, lifting, this quality is very important. With the impressive dimensions of one section 3500хх3500х750, it is possible to carry out installation work by one service employee without any effort. The main thing is the safety and speed of work, which we try to ensure by using materials.

For added safety and proper performance of work, the sections of the emergency pneumatic tissue lift are equipped with eight carbon straps for fixing, which is much more reliable than zippers or "clips". Visual alignment is provided by marks located on the ends of the cylinder sections of the lift.
